We are looking for “exceptional” and experienced Software Engineers for Greenfield projects in London and New York. This team is focused on building brand new automated and distributed computing platforms for a new treasury business. These are all completely Greenfield projects that require senior SRE to work closely with the server-side engineers to architect, design and develop robust, world-class and distributed firmwide platforms.


  • Develop a deep understanding of how applications function and are able to change applications for production quality

  • Design and deploy a new generation of production infrastructure.

  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications

  • Own the automation of repetitive tasks and resolution of systematic issues

  • Identify and deliver engineering solutions for issues based on root cause analysis

  • Own incident management and resolution

  • Evangelizing the SRE mindset to other teams

  • Ensure applications are production-ready


  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in complex entreprise systems environment

  • High proficiency in Linux, programming, and Kubernetes/Openshift.

  • Strong background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems

  • Comfortable with a range of current software development tools and practices (testing, source control, build systems, CI/CD etc)

  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN and WAN, Linux networking

  • Ability to work in high demand environments, ability to adjust to rapidly changing requirements.

  • Experience building and managing highly reliable large-scale systems

  • Passion for learning, adapting to changing requirements and technology and inventing new approaches to hard problems
