My client is an established alternative investments firm, offers a variety of investment products utilising multiple asset classes across several strategies. These include public equity, venture capital, private equity and special situations strategies.
Whilst the firm has investments in multiple sectors Technology is central to their focus and this is the area they intend to add people to, looking at SaaS, FinTech and broader technology opportunities, spanning private and public equities. Venture Capital may also feature.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hebrew and have local knowledge of the Israeli technology investments landscape. Additionally, a background at a top-five investment bank, second or third-year Analyst. In addition to investment banking, some existing buyside experience of venture capital or private equity is highly desired. Must bring advanced investment banking skills such as building complex financial models from scratch.
This move is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to taking on significant responsibility quick, making investments, working directly with the founders. This is a proven path to success within the firm but also beyond (others have spun out to launch their own investment vehicles with success).
