Leading and successful FinTech is hiring several Software Engineers at the Senior Associate level to help scale their market-leading platform, and design and develop new technology products. As a software engineer, you will deeply be involved in Research, Product and system design/development, and building cutting-edge systems.
You will become a core part of the team working on several cutting edge projects relating to low-latency, real-time, distributed technology platforms that will revolutionise the future of finance. We are looking for Software Engineers with some experience working on proprietary real-time/low-latency/distributed systems and a passion for good design, high-quality code and technical documentation. Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial software environment with multiple releases per day. Experience building high performance, secure, and scalable applications, and comfortable throughout the full software/product lifecycle.
We are looking for
Engineers with 3-5 years of experience
Experience developing complex software ideally using Java. Other OO Languages (C++) considered.
Good exposure to System Design, architecture, distribution, multithreading, concurrency, memory/garbage, performance tuning, data and algorithms etc
Experience working with any the following is desirable MySQL, Mongo, Influx, AWS, GCP, Linux, Docker, ReactJS.
On offer
Base salary range: £70,000 - £100,000
Annual bonus range: 30%-60%
